1. Information Collection

QuickList is designed to be as simple and private as possible. We only collect the minimum information strictly necessary for the core functionality and synchronization of the app:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture, collected securely when you create an account via Firebase Authentication (using email, Google, or Apple Sign-In).
• Shopping Lists: All data from your shopping lists (item names, quantities, values, and status) is stored securely in Firebase Firestore to enable real-time synchronization across your devices and sharing with users you invite.

2. Use of Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Securely authenticate your access and prevent unauthorized access to your lists.
• Synchronize your shopping lists and manage sharing invitations.
• Send essential push notifications regarding updates in shared lists.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes or any other reason unrelated to the technical operation of QuickList.

Your shared lists are only visible to you and to the users you explicitly invite by sending them the share links generated by the app.

4. Storage and Security

Your account and shopping list data are hosted and secured using Google Firebase's secure global infrastructure. We apply technical security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion of data.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You have full rights and control over your information. In the app's settings menu, you will find the "Delete Account" option. Upon confirming account deletion, all your personal data and associated lists will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our database servers.
