By downloading, installing, or using the QuickList application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must not use the application.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application on compatible devices owned or controlled by you, solely for personal use and in accordance with the rules established in these Terms.

The application offers Premium features through auto-renewable in-app subscriptions via the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you accept the following additional billing terms:

Your use of the QuickList application on Apple iOS devices is also subject to the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

5. Limitation of Liability

The QuickList application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any data loss, financial damage, or service disruptions arising from your use of the application or the unavailability of third-party cloud services (such as Google/Firebase hosting or databases).

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. By continuing to use the application after changes are published, you manifest your consent and agreement to the updated terms.
